MASS

6th – 21st February (Private View 5th February 6-9pm)

An annual group show consisting of Backlit members that brings together varied practice in which artists are invited to collaborate and produce new commissioned work. MASS approaches the traditional group show with daring experiments in co-production that coalesce notions of: artist labour, materiality, re-enactment, volume, accumulation, veneration and dismissal. Exhibiting artists will be providing gallery tours every Saturday to discuss their practice and the themes of the exhibition.
