For my doctoral research at The University of Nottingham and postdoc research at the Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, I was researching a new science of emotional engagement. More recently I have been teaching Computer Graphics at The University of Nottingham, and I am now interested in human perception of optical illusions, and how that relates to emotion. I am keen to collaborate with artists and scientists of all disciplines including visual arts, music, interactive art, psychology, mathematics, and physics.
