BACKLIT's Associate Membership and community have been running for over ten years. It has grown to an active network of over 120 creatives from all across the UK. Our membership supports a variety of creatives from recent graduates, students, artists, makers, curators, collectives, and writers at all stages of their lives. We do this through a yearly programme of events, workshops, paid opportunities, exhibitions, and community collaborations.

Our membership costs £5-per-month. It can be started and cancelled at any time.

As a member, you will also benefit from our exclusive Members Portal where you will keep up to date, find the workshop archive, access member-only events, join studio meetings and find other arts-related resources.
