Plummer studies their own personal past narrative as well as mental health and its transparency. They aim to create a conversation around this by producing mixed media installations constructed around personal narratives. Working with found objects and mixed media helps convey their message due to letting their context dictate how the art forms. For example, working with the medium cardboard (a throw away material) to metaphorically represent the theme of homelessness in their work, it shows the reality of life and death. They hope to not only explore and expose their intimate life stories but encourage an acceptance of other people’s experiences, allowing individuals to feel open to express similar issues
