Jim Hendley is an experienced arts leader and producer based in Nottingham, with a strong track record in artist-led programmes that connect artists, ideas, and audiences. He is Executive Director at Tom Dale Company, leading strategy, finance, operations, marketing, and community partnerships while championing contemporary dance and digital art practice. Previously, he spent over a decade with Dance4/FABRIC in the role of Producer, producing residencies, international festivals, and large-scale public programmes. In early career, he produced events and created platforms for artist development in the North West with Tate, Liverpool Biennial, Hope Street Limited, Brouhaha International and many others. He has a BA (First) in theatre and experimental performance making.
