We are looking for a Chair who will help us raise awareness of our work in the region and nationally, develop long-term partnerships and a strong regional network, continue to build a sustainable and financially stable future, and champion the work of the organisation.

The Chairperson is responsible for making sure that each meeting is planned effectively, and conducted according to the constitution, and that matters are dealt with in an orderly, efficient manner. They will help the Board deal with differences of opinion and conflicts and make sure that everyone who wants to, has a chance to speak. They must make the most of all the Board members, building and leading the team.

We are actively seeking a broad range of people to reflect diverse experiences and backgrounds. We especially encourage applications from candidates who have Black, Asian, Mixed or Global Majority heritage and/or are from working-class/lower socioeconomic backgrounds, identify as LGBTQ+, Female, and people with disability.
